MoGeneration are active members of the mobile and iPhone community. For example tonight MoGeneration developer Nick Partridge is speaking at Cocoaheads Brisbane, Australia. Tomorrow MoGeneration CTO Tom Adams is giving a guest lecture (sorry students only) in the Designing Mobile Applications course at University of Queensland, Australia. In May CEO Keith Ahern will be speaking at Cebit. MoGeneration also contribute open source code either by contributing to existing projects or starting our own such as FunctionalKit.

Keith Ahern CEO, Executive Director
Keith has over 14 years of innovative software and service development. At mogeneration, Australia’s premier iPhone consultancy, Keith is responsible for growing the business, focusing on key markets and managing joint ventures. Keith was previously Mobile Technology Manager for News Digital Media (online division of News Ltd) where he was responsible for mobile platforms, strategy, development and vendor management. Keith helped grow NDM’s mobile channel from simple SMS services to engaging mobile websites with millions of page views each month. Keith worked for web pioneer Netscape in Silicon Valley on the Navigator browser and later worked for Philips Research and Development where he was granted 2 US patents. Keith has a BInfTech & Telecom (Hons) from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Tom Adams Chief Technologist
Tom has over ten years experience in the IT industry as a software engineer, consultant and lecturer. In 2000 he joined Plugged In Software where he worked on projects including PKI-based security infrastructure, advanced web based clients, Windows clients and applied Semantic Web technologies. In 2004 Tom worked in the United States where he participated in two W3C working groups. Most recently Tom has worked in enterprise development for Suncorp, Flight Centre, Harvey Norman and News Digital Media. Tom has a BSc and BInfTech (Hons) from Griffith University. He is the holder of a US patent.
Marcus Tesoriero Creative and Strategy Director
Marcus has a deep creative background, establishing himself as an adept writer and creative director within the advertising industry over the last 15 years. A majority of this time was spent working for Ogilvy in Sydney, with a period of time writing in New York. Clients he has collaborated with creatively include; American Express, Coca Cola, Sony, Yahoo! KFC, Tooheys, RTA, Telstra and Qantas amongst others. Today at Mogeneration, Marcus utilises his advertising knowledge and experience to effectively build marketing strategies and creative ideas for brands to integrate with the iPhone, iPad and Android platforms.
Ilkka Tales Chairman
Ilkka has over 18 years global and regional technology experience. An experienced start up professional with a wide range of experience. He was previously CEO/Founder of Engin Ltd, Chairman of LookMobile and held senior positions at Philips Communications and Telstra. Ilkka is currently on a number of boards and advisory boards including Traffic Intelligence, Purple Labs France and Romalon UK. He has a bachelor of business degree, accounting and law. He is a previous winner of the Australian Innovation award and a runner up for the Charles Peevsy award.
Graham Dawson Technical Advisor and Board Member
Graham has a long history as an IT professional in a range of large and small business, initially in the oil & gas industry, and later in his own company specialising in desktop astrology applications. More recently he re-skilled into web and mobile application development, and is now enthusiastically embracing the opportunities of the iPhone application ecosystem. Graham is the developer of OzWeather, currently the top selling iPhone application in the iPhone app store and the most successful Australian iPhone application. Graham holds a BSc in Physics and Meteorology, and a PhD in Dynamic Coastal Oceanography from Reading University, UK.
Mick Liubinskas Board Member / Advisor
Mick co-founded Pollenizer with Phil Morle and heads up the strategy/marketing team. Working as a web strategist, Mick brings together the customers, technology and business model to create a profitable business. Mick headed up the marketing and business development teams for the enormous and notorious Kazaa file-sharing application. Mick has also raised investment and run his own startup and worked in Europe, North America and Asia with Zapr & Tangler as CMO. With Pollenizer, Mick has worked with a number of outstanding management teams from around the globe including 3eep, Lingopal,GetPrice, Mixin, Photo Art and Posse.

Nick Partridge Development Lead
Nick is an experienced software developer and leader with seven years experience, from consultancy to transportation modelling. Nick brings a mathematical background to mogeneration, cracking the hard problems ranging from physics simulations to the application of functional programming techniques which improve the speed and reliability of iPhone applications. Nick has a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Queensland.
Justin Hevey Head of User Experience
Justin has over 14 years experience in the creative field of digital design, 5 of those have been dedicated to the mobile space working with Hutchison Three and Telstra. With a solid understanding that encompasses mobile and tablet user experience, Justin has received numerous mobile design awards.
